One day Basta was there. The youngest restaurant of our Bernerhof. It came in Gstaad and brought homemade tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi and other delicacies, fresh every day. The Basta tasted good. Even more: it tasted better and better. At some point, Basta had become an Italian gourmet restaurant called Basta by Dalsass, known for its light Mediterranean cuisine and was awarded with 15 Gault Millau points.
After ten years, Basta is ready for something new, this time for something crispy: Basta becomes a pizzeria. No, not a pizzeria, but the pizzeria. The "Pizza.Basta".
Our "Izzo" is considered by Italian pizzaioli as the Rolls Royce of the pizza ovens. And we know how to heat it up. We recommend our signature pizza "Puccia Bernerhof", a Puglia speciality. We also recommend our seasonal creations. And our salads, salami, our delicacies on the dessert wagon among others the homemade Tiramisu, the homemade Cassata siciliana and the popular iced coffee Basta ...
When you visit our "Pizza.Basta:", you will feel that even the most traditional pizza classics have a special touch. This note of lust and love, this note Bernerhof. We look forward to your visit at our restaurant Basta.
